The City of Lauderhill’s Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA), is an entity created by the City of Lauderhill to promote the economic and community revitalization of defined areas in the City. The Lauderhill CRA’s mission is to encourage new investment and job creation in urban areas that were blighted due to substantial growth. Being a partner with this team was a fantastic experience to deliver in total 14 new families homes. The new homes turned out beautiful revitalizing the neighborhood and appraised higher than expected, giving the new homeowners instant equity.

Michael has 22 years of experience in the business of designing homes. Starting his first business while still in college as a drafting company for other architects and engineers while gaining practical knowledge of construction drawing coming from a construction background, Michael quickly excelled in his career. Before the financial crash of 2008, Michael grew his business into 2 office locations with dozens of employees and was working on several large home communities. His unique designs were soon discovered thereafter and has since went on to design some of south Florida’s most prestigious properties. ” I enjoy working and finding solutions with my customers. There is nothing that can’t be accomplished with a well thought out design”
With more than 30 years of professional architecture experience, Mr. Centanni contributes a wealth of coordination and quality control expertise. His responsibilities have included the planning design and project administration of a wide diversity of building types including government, educational, industrial, healthcare, commercial, office, retail and residential facilities. He has completed many large projects for various cities in south Florida including the city of Miami as well as various projects for the school board including Florida Atlantic University.
